After a long morning of traveling, we spent the afternoon/evening in Conroe before heading to Waco for Christmas with Clay's family. (Sidenote: my boys are rockstars! They did AWESOME traveling!) That night, Connor, Levi, my mom and I went to see a really cool house with a full out light show. Connor enjoyed it, but it was a little much for little Levi after an already long day. So, I went to feed him in the car and he was much happier in there!
We got back to Conroe on the evening of Christmas Eve. My brother and his wife (Brian and Amy) arrived that night as well. Barry (my other brother) and his family traveled to El Salvador for the holidays this year, so it was a smaller and quieter crowd! After baking cookies for Santa, we went to bed early that night! We awoke to stockings stuffed by Santa, a yummy breakfast then family presents. Again, we were spoiled and got many wonderful things!
I know everyone is more interested in pictures than my rambling, so here we go...

Ok, so story on the sweater. My mom has this Thanksgiving sweater that she loves. It's not bad...she just wears it the entire week of Thanksgiving, so we have gotten sick of seeing it over the years. (Even to the extent that it "disappeared" one year!) Anyway, since she loves that one so much, we thought we'd get her a Christmas one, too. Enter
My Ugly Christmas Sweater. Lights and all...we may have to steal it, though, so she doesn't wear it every day of December next year! (Hehe..just kidding, Mom. Love you!)
